split in my hull

Hey first post!!

I have a 2003 Smokercraft 151 Stealth took it out yesterday and found a large split in the hull just at the bend in Chine where the top part of the boat meets the bottom its about 27inches long now has anyone else had or know of this problem?

You should probably get it welded up and use gluvit epoxy on the other side.... but BEFORE you do I would absolutely contact the manufacturer first. That is not an old boat being a 2003. I have seen aluminum splits before and they are repairable.
