My switch has failed on my ignition. The aftermarket Sierra part (mp41000) has slightly different terminal(s) and the match directions are unclear.
The original has:
Accessory terminal, yel/blk (c), yel/red (s), blk/yel (m), red/pur (b), blk(m).
The new part has labels of:
Ignition circuit (I), choke (c), magneto circuit (m), battery (s), ground (m), solenoid (s)
Anyone have an idea how to match these up? The main difference is one has (a) and the other (i) but neither both. The new part does have a spot for (a) just no terminal on it. This part number says it replaces the mercury part number for the key switch.
