sport jet 120

I have some how acquired 2 boats (F16 and a Rush) both with sport jet 120 motors, F16 has a brand new powerhead yet both of these boats do not come out of the hole. Impellers are brand new, wear rings are brand new, and both will run 38-40 mph. The problem is that they will not come out of the hole, they just cavitate. any suggestions??????

I would figure you have an air leak down around the pump, cannot remember the name of the seal.
