I understand that Sportcraft has gone out of business. Is there any company, etc. that is going to honor the warranty,s ? My friend recieved his new 32 foot boat [ 4 months late] and then found out from the dealer [ who did not want to fix a fueling problem]that Sportcraft was gone bye bye. Thx

montross - If the claim is significant I would suggest that your friend contact an attorney as the company may still have assets that you can file a claim against. If the claim is not really big suggest that he find out the details of the company going out of business. Warranties may have been transferred to someone else. Probably not but might be worth a couple of phone calls.
