Spot light

I have a 1998 Javelin 389B Bass Boat. It has a cig. lighter on drivers side of boat in front of gear shift. It is not working, does anyone know where the fuse/circuit panel is located?

Agreed, take 5 minutes and have a look see. There's only a few places they could have his one.
