Spraying white gelcoat

Is it possible to spray on white gelcoat diectly out of the can without thinning it out? If so has anyone had any luck using the Preval spray units for this purpose? I had done some gelcoat restoration on the bottom of my hull using the gelcoat and cabosil which worked out greatbut I have some spots where with some discoloration that only needs a little more gelcoat to hide it.

You will need to thin it if you're gunna use a preval unit.

You can use Acetone to thin it too. If you use the Styrene monomer be very careful, it's very nasty stuff. Wear a Really good respirator.
