Dear sir's,<br /> I have a 98 DT 140 suzuki with 112 hour's since rebuild.The last couple of time's out noticed tell tail spitting then spray's fine mist. After running a few minute's start's pumping normal stream.Then after shutting motor off does same thing when started again.put new impeller in but didn't fix the problem pump housing appear's to be good. And motor dosen't over heat.<br /> Thank's <br /><br /> Mr.Snooker man

Try running a piece of wire up in there or even unhooking the peehole tubing and replacing it. A lot of times it will get a little grit in it.<br />Last time out I noticed my 225 Suzie was doing this when I pulled up to the dock. I reved it up a few times and it blew out what ever it was and the stream was back to normal.
