Hi all,
I have a 1991 Four Winns 200H with the original hot-dipped galvanized trailer. Lately I've noticed that the shackle behind the equalizer has been hitting the frame. I am planning on a suspension rebuild, but have found an odd situation - the mounting brackets are welded to the trailer at an unequal spacing. Centre to centre distance of the brackets is 28.625" on the front and 29.125" on the rear. I have spoken with a local trailer supply place about that, and they insist that the spacing between brackets should be the same. Anybody encounter this on their tandem boat trailer?
Thanks,
Steve
