Spun BUshing

I recently spun a bushing on my prop. so i got a new one pushed in. but the motor seemed to do the same thing again. I checked the lower unit oil and it didnt seem to be watery so im stuck. what do you thiunk the problem is now? could he have pushed the wrong bushing onto my prop? should my prop fit flush against the bottom of the motor or should there be a 1/4" space between the prop and the motor? i have a 1995 mercury 25HP..thanks for your help!!!

The prop should countersink into the gearcase. IF it is staying out 1/4 of an inch its letting the exhaust past and ventilating.<br /><br />The Hub might have been installed incorrectly.<br /><br />TMD
