Sputter

Hello all,

I need a bit of help. I own a 1988 Johnson 110 hp outboard. Recently rebuilt top end along with rebuilt carbs. I have an issue that I can’t figure out. It starts up fine and idles but as soon as I go into gear I have this sputtering issue between 1500 up to 3100 rpms. I have linked and synced to the best of my knowledge. Please let me know what else to try... thanks so much to everyone in advance.

Fuel pump issue? Not enough pressure in the line for the increased consumption?

if I run past 3100RPM is sounds and runs great! does that change your mind on a fuel pump issue?
