Square grouper and stuff

I'm just curious in what other areas out there do people sometimes find the proverbial square grouper floating around (bricks of pot or cocaine)? Here in FL it's still somewhat common, but does it happen in other areas too? This news article from today, combined with my ADD, is what triggered the thought:

70 pounds of cocaine worth $850K wash ashore in Palm Beach, police say

Seventy pounds of cocaine washed up Saturday on the beach of the 800 block of South Ocean Boulevard near Via La Selva, according to authorities.

Haven't over here on the Gulf side but I would guess the with the current flowing the way it does(Gulf Stream) and the proximity of Cuba, Dominican Republic and others that the south FL area would be more likely to have that happen. Just my opinion

I haven't heard of any other places with such issues. I guess if you are smuggling drugs, you go to the closest place and off load and get out of there... Sad, isn't it...
