There are so many companies out there. Who makes high quality SS props? I've seen Stiletto, Hustler, Apollo etc.

looking for a 3 blade SS prop.

An easier question would be who doesnt make a quality ss 3 blade. Every prop has it's strong points. Some props made by the same manufacturer have different markets. Sometimes the differences are extremely subtile. Just look at Turbo for instance. A Turbo I is designed for one thing, a Vector another, A Lightning another and a TXP yet another. All 4 are 3 blade ss and all 4 could be the same pitch. And that's just Turbo. We're not even talking about Stiletto (who's made by the same company).

How do you know which is the best for your application? Testing. Experiance is the key.

I'm looking mostly for a prop that is more economical than is for performance. A little more top end would be nice but my boat is no hotrod. I curious as to what is a name or reputation. I do have a stiletto but afraid I may have bent it. It don't look but I am getting some vibration at low rpm now.

I noticed that Michigan Ballistic are rather nicely priced but are they any good?

Not worried about performance but rather economy?

Performance is economy. Improved economy is acheived by increasing efficiency. Increasing efficiency is increasing performance.

Are you shopping price or efficiency?
