stabil marine...smoke?

anyone ever notice an increase of smoke/exhaust when using stabil marine?
running a '98 90elpto 2 stroke

No I haven't and I use 1 ounce for 5 gallons maybe its cleaning something

i just switched from reg stabil to marine stable and now i'm haveing all sorts of rev problems. starts ok but no hi end. its the only thing that i did different since last on the water.
