Re: Stainless Steel Props for 24' Pontoon

Hi Pops

The best one is the one that will let you turn WOT with a normal load and should be cupped properly for a toon. Toons need a bit of extra cup on the prop for bite, as they tend to cavitate more due to water turbulance created by the design of the hull. As for the best brand, I really don't know which one is best. I still run an aluminum one on my toon. Speed not really being an issue with me. Also, much cheaper to buy and repair an aluminum prop. Quicksilver or Hustler might be an option. Others will have more experience with SS Props and can offer more advice. Good Luck and Happy Tooning,

Check HERE for some good prices on props.
