Starboard side of of gimbal on pre alpha leaks water, is this normal?

This might sound like a completely noob question and it is. I started the boat with the water hose and boat ear muffs for the first time and noticed water coming out of this hole, is this normal?

That is the idle relief port. Water and exhaust come out there. It is normal.
