Starcraft arura 2003 2000 4.3 floor compartment not draining PLEASE Help !!!

I have a 2003 Starcraft arura 2000 4.3 v6. The problem I am having is that the floor compartment is not draining. What it looks like to me is that the compartment drains into the space where the fuel tank is .The tank is plastic and has moved and or changed shape over time now the water wont go around the tank. I have to shop vac the water out of it. Has anyone ever run across this problem and can offer me a solution thet I may be able to do myself to fix this problem. Thanks for your time Joe

I'm not 100% clear on what you're asking, but I can take a stab at it.

It sounds like your ski locker which is towards the bow of the boat has water in it, and the water is supposed to drain under the gas tank and then out of the drain hole in the transmon. Is that right?

I had this issue on my deckboat and find it to be a couple things. First, the carpet in the bottom of the ski locker was bunched up and blocking the water from moving towards the gas tank. I solved this by cutting the carpet away so the water has a clear shot to the area under the gas tank. Second, there was some crap that had accumulated under the gas tank. I solved this by taking my garden hose at full pressure, and shoving it into the ski locker and then into the area under the gas tank. This cleaned all of the crap out from under the gas tank. If you do the garden hose trick, plan to keep your ski locker open in warm weather for a bit so everything dries out. Since doing this, I haven't had any drainage issues.

Yes that is the compartment I did not know the proper name I am new to boating. mine has no carpet in it and the hole that goes into the gas tank area is not cloged but the tank is right up against it. I did try the garden hose thing it accually sent the water over the tank. and I even tried the hose in the other direction with no luck still. It seems to me the tank conformed to the area it is in. any other suggestions ? I appriciate your time.
