Starcraft Super Sport Bow Nose Plate

Hello fellow boaters. Well, we've had quite a catastrophic event occur this past weekend. My nephew took our '78 super sport out on the lake and upon his return the trailer jumped off the ball and did some damage to the bow of the boat. Just the upper portion. The hull is undamaged. But the cast aluminum cap on the nose is destroyed. Do any of you happen to know where I could source one? I have another guy doing the sheet-metal work needed for the fix.

I connected with a gentleman on EBAY who produces the transom endcaps, but he doesn't have any for the bow.

If there is enough of it left that you can get a good idea on how it was made you may be able to get a machine shop to recreate it. Not exactly the cheapest route, but it could be done.

Thanks. We are exploring that route. I'll follow up when I get an idea how much that will cost, if other folks are interested or need a source.
