Starter compatibility question on 1968 evinrude 18hp

Does anyone know of the starter part number 377633 is compatible with a 1968 evinrude 18 hp model number 18802m? The listed part number for the starter is 383908 or 377953.

One of the three legs where the starter bolts down broke yesterday. One of them has broke before and been welded back (before I got the motor) so I'm starting to wonder if this starter isn't compatible with this motor. I've spent quite a bit of time trying to find out what motor the 377633 is off of, but I haven't had any luck finding a list of which motors it fits.

I appreciate the effort, but I had already found that ebay listing, and already checked each of the around 14 10 horse motors from 60-63 on marineengine.com and that part number (377633) doesn't match the listed part number for the starter on any of those motors.

I took the starter to two welders, and they both told me it would be around $50. I found some starters for just a little more than that on ebay (the one 64soby posted the link to for one) , but I still dont know for sure if that starter is right for this motor. Its the same as the one I currently have, but its not the one listed for my motor. If that one isn't a truely compatible starter for my motor, I'm going to start contacting some salvage yards to try to find one, but before I go any further I would really like to know if that one will work.

EDIT: I ended up finding a starter for a 68 18 hp evinrude on ebay that I won for 30 bucks and free shipping.

Turns out the number I saw stamped on the part may not have been a part number after all. The "new" starter has it as well, on a different area of the starter. The starters look pretty much the same, but the color on this one does match the rest of my motor.
