read the post lower on the starter problem and the diagnostic. will look it over at home. mine seems to be a different problem and i think it's just dying?
it turns the engine over, but it acts like it's having a hard time or the battery is low. or if you've ever tried to start a car in really cold weather you know what it sounds like. this is with a new battery with 875 cranking amps.
it turns over once or twice and then stops. wait a few seconds and can do it again. if i try this a few times the NEG bat lead going to the motor gets quite warm. eventually it just clicks when you try it.
I checked all the wires and none appear frayed or broken and in good condition. thought it might just be a bad POS or NEG wire but doesn't appear to be.
starter does not appear to be original
suggestions?
