Went out to lake and fished for a while. When done went to start and nothing but a click. went back to check cables and it was HOT. Pull started and got back to dock and loaded. once home I did checks and with jumper cables to starter it put on a good spark show so starter shorted. Picked up new starter now no tach. I think rectifier is shot. please confirm.
