Starter Sticking

The last few times I taken the boat out I noticed the starter was still running once the engine fired up. I would kill the engine and the starter would still be running. It would eventually disengage. The next time I start it may stick but only for a few secs.
Took it off the engine and the video shows the results of a test.

Your video is 12 seconds of black. What did you find during testing?

Hooked battery up to it. Hit with a jump cable and just runs and runs until pull the power of of it. Just trying figure out why it would disengage. Might just take to a shop tomorrow and have them look at it.
