Starting up after winterizing

I'm ready to fire up a 1989 Reinell 17.5 w/ 5.0 Cobra I/O. How much anti-freeze should I pour in? Is there anything else that needs to be done?

I don't understand, you use antifreeze to prevent things from freezing, but not during the summer, unless you have closed cooling, then that's a different story all together.
