Starts missing as soon as I try to lift trim.

240 br 5.7 Gxi sx volvo penta ran good 15 minutes then when I tried to raise trim it started missing and then running like crap and eventually died. started back up ran good but kept missing perodically then died and would not start. Is this something electrical I have EFI.......2003 REINELL 240BR Thanks for any help

Check all your power connections. Operating the power trim is causing a voltage drop from the current you are drawing operating the trim motor.

Check the connections down at the starter solenoid.
