92 4.3LX takes forever to start after sitting. After sitting I can see the carb spraying fuel so I feels like it's getting fuel. I normally give the throttle 3 full pumps, leave at 1/4 throttle and try to turn over. Is 3 pumps too much am I flooding it from the beginning? Any help or insight is appreciated

I thought going dry was the issue, but after it has sat for a few weeks, first pump and I get fuel spraying from the carb. I'll keep trying to find the right combo for start.

What carb does it have (Weber 4bbl or Rochester 4bbl)?
