I've read and searched all I could here before posting, here is my issue:

I'm winterizing my boat, 88 searay seville 210MC. 4.3 alpha one. I've located all 6 manifold/riser plugs, and drained them. Power steering cooler does not ave a drain so I've drained the hoses. I've located and drained the port side block petcock. I've removed water pump hose and drained.

For the life of me I can't find the starboard block drain plug or petcock. It should be right near the starter as the service manual 7 says both are in the same location. Any ideas?

Thanks
Jim

Ayuh,... It's THERE....
Might be just a pipe plug, hex head, 9/16ths"...
Might be a petcock,...
Might be painted over,...
But it's There...

heh. I'll crawl back in tomorrow. I was in there with my flash light and the only bolts visible were the motor mount bolts. One had a brass look to it, almost pulled it out. The rest of the pipe plugs were redily identifiable. Thanks Bond-O.

Yup, I did. But the starter is in the way of completely removing it.
