Steering adjustment on a Caribe 15DL

Hi, I have a Caribe 15Dl inflatable center consol, This boat has a Yamaha 60hp four stroke on it. My steering wheel has a lot of play in it and the wheel is NOT centered anymore when engine is centered straight ahead..Can you tell me how I can make ajustments to get the play out and to center the wheel...Many thanks, John

depends on who made the steering system and if its mechanical or hydrualic.
Yamaha DOES NOT make the system so you wont find it in any yamaha liturature.
