It won't do any good to say this, but the easy was was to do the regular preventative maintenance and it wouldn't be stuck now. Now it is too late and you will have to beat it out of there and clean the rust out of the tube and re-lubricate.
If there is not enough room to remove it from the tube, you will have to lift the motor off the transom. So be it. No need to disconnect everything, just unbolt and hoist it up.
