does anyone know what cable replaces a morse 300619 command 200?

Is that a rack cable? If you're not finding a replacement right off then it's probably obsolete. You might just be better off replacing the helm and cable.

Moved and the duplicate has been deleted.

It may be better to to replace the helm and cable with a new kit.

The replacement cable for a Morse 300619 used on the Command 200 rack steering system is. Teleflex ssc130xx.
I do however agree with what the others have said regarding replacing the cable with new kit that includes the helm.
The NFB rack kit for non power assist outboards, and I/Os is ss151xx
The replacement Rack kit if you have power steering/assist is ss141xx
