TJM, If the cable is binding in the motor's tilt tube, you should be able to clean and lube it. If the cable itself is binding, you may not be able to fix it. <br /><br />You may just be able to replace the cable (save a few $). See if you can find the length and type of cable. It may have a part number on the cable near the motor end.
