Steering choice

I have a 16' Charger with a XR2 Mercury 150. I want to change current single cable steering to a dual cable. The choice is either rotary or rack. What are good points and bad points for each system? What would be your choice and why?<br />Thanks

Why not look at hydraulic, I think its better than cable.
