First, check the motor mount bolts for tightness, also measure the motor to be sure it's centered and vertical. Measure from the corners of the transom to the tip of the skeg - should be identical provided the motor's facing dead ahead.
There's a torque tab attached to the bottom side of the antiventilation plate, hanging there above the propeller. First score a mark across the edge so you can reset it if you have to, then loosen the bolt and rotate the back of it in the direction of the turn. e.g., boat pulls to starboard, rotate the back of the tab to the right. A little at a time. What that does is, nudge the back of the motor to port (as in the example), pressuring the boat to port.
