steering locked up

the steering is locked up on my 75 hp merc. it worked fine the last time i took it out about 4 months ago. i sprayed wd40 and shot some greese in the fittings with no luck. any sugestions would be great.thanks

You need to determine if its the motor or the cable. Take the cable loose at the motor and then try to turn the motor by hand. If it now turns freely you know its a cable problem.
