Tightened the 2 gimble ring bolts to 50 lbs and she drives like a champ. One was @ around 30 lbs and cause my boat to, as one boater put it, wander around like a 3am drunk. No more! couldn't be happier thanks everyone! 2006 Sea Ray 185 Alfa one 181 Mercrusier.
