Not sure if this is the right place for this question but the steering on my 21ft Angler w/ 150 hp Evinrude locked all the way left and won't budge. There is a small steering fluid leak I found after. Its a SeaStar hydraulic steering system. Would bleeding the system most likely fix this problem or does it sound like something else?thanks
