Steering Question - 85 Bayliner Capri OB

Can anyone tell me how to re-center the steering wheel on my 1985 Baliner Capri - 85 HP outboard?

Ayuh,... Welcome Aboard,....

The Best answer is to put on a Destroyer type of wheel...
That way there is no up, nor down....

I'll also mention that the effort of what yer tryin' to do, is Not worth the results....
