GOOD NEWS. . . . The PICTURE UPLOAD FUNCTION IS WORKING !!! The tech folks at the parent company have been able to remedy the issue. You can upload pictures once again. Thank you for your patience.
There is a 'key' shaped like a half moon in a slot on the steering shaft that fits into the slot on the steering wheel. My wheel was cracked, so I just pried it apart...but it did take a while.
