A couple of things might be real handy to know. Things like the type of steering you have and the type enging/drive you have, year, power or standard steering.
power steering, 1977 mercruiser 250 (5.7L) I assume it is standard steering. Alfa outdrive.<br /><br />I suspect the linkage but not sure. there is not very much endplay on the cable.
