I'm considering a new Steiger Craft, either the 23 or the 25 Miami. Would like to hear any comments about these boats. Does the 25 with the mod "v" pound or slap? <br /><br />Thanks, Geoff.
This is the sort of Steiger we see out west here. <br />The ride depends on where you use it. They don't much care for deep water and are not fast, but they do have a lot of "pulling power"! Anybody ever ski behind one of these big boys? STEIGER This one has eight flotation chambers and a blown diesel inboard!
I had a 21' steiger raft chesapeake. The modified v does pound in a chop and thats all we ever have on cape cod but it was still a dry ride and a very solid, well made boat. I've got a privateer now and its basically the same boat but less expensive.
