Fisher boats had stick. They still make them.
http://www.fisherboats.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=home.boat&nav=30&boat=591

Here you go, a whole new system for $199. Check out page 2 also.

https://www.surplusunlimited.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=CTGY&Store _Code=1&Category_Code=2200-100

Here is the manufacturers site, it has some accessories that you may need, for mounting, etc.
http://www.fallingwatersgolf.com/acc.html

Re: Stick Steering System

I had one of them on an old boat of mine - only rated for 40hp - the steering, not the boat. Got tired of fighting with the 40 merc, so I put a 55hp Johnie on it. Too much torqque, kept snapping the steering - no fun at WOT! Changed it out for a steering wheel system (mounted vertically on the side of the hull, where the stick used to be) - just used the steering wheel like a wheel chair. It worked and was a real conversation piece at the lake.

roscoe has some good links if you want to keep it stick.
