still can't load pic onto this page

I was told how and it seems easy but i can't find the image button on the add new topic page.<br />thanks.<br />Rob

Its in the section with the gremlins, bottom right blue button. Click on the button, (labeled IMAGE) a window will open, past or type in the URL, click ok. Walaaa
