still having troubles with my 9.8

i have put new spark plugs in my motor and put on a new gas line but it just dosn't seem to be getting any gas to the motor it tried to start on the first pull and then nothing after that so i know it has compresion the motor is a 9.8 110 mercury about a 72-74 does any body have a diagram for the motor

Gorilla.<br /><br />Get a manual.<br /><br />You may have fuel feed or carb problems. Try a different tank and line, check fuel pump delivery.<br /><br />Good luck.
