Stingray 225LR stalling out

Hello,

I recently purchased a 2017 stingray 225LR we were testing it out the other day and when we try to go at a higher speed it tends to stall out (but the engine is still running). We have to bring the throttle back to neutral turn the engine off and then restart it and put it in drive to make it go again. Has anyone run into this issue before?

But,.... We have to know which motor, 'n drive is in it,.....
Full model, 'n serial number is best,....

What RPM? What motor?

I’m not exactly sure what RPM but it’s when we were accelerated. It’s a Volvo penta engine with 300 hp

Ayuh,.... Please explain this,.... How does it stall if the motor is still runnin',..??
Does the rpms drop,..??
The boat looses speed,..??
