Maybe the thief wanted to make sure to never have that monster anywhere close to him in the water.
The noise those things make and the speed they develop make them a very serious hazard to anyone within 3 miles.

I'll keep an eye out. I had a classic truck stolen about 12 years ago and it hurt like hell....still bugs me. However I did get excellent support from people within the hobby keeping an eye out.
Given that boats special appearance it may be a target for a full shell strip tho.
