Stopped working

Had my Johnson 40 vro out Saturday all day not a single problem then drive 2 hours back home and Monday it wouldn’t start. I replaced the coil packs, spark plug lines and new spark plugs. What else could it be? Anything helps

What year is the motor? VRO narrows it down from mid -80s to most recent 2 cycle motor.

If could be stator, powerpack or wiring. You might disconnect the black/yellow and black/orange wires at the powerpack and see if spark returns. That is of course, if you have those wires.

Might sound like a stupid question but did you check for spark before you did all this?
