Noticed some cracks in the fiberglass on the stringer the engine mounts to. Not sure of if any infiltration has occurred, does not appear soft or show any additional damage beyond some cracking. Any product you recommend to go over this with to protect it from further cracking/infiltration?

I'd probably be inclined to drill some test holes and make sure the stringers are solid, before covering it up.

Thoughts on diameter of holes and where?

Recommendation to fill holes after drilling with 5200 or similar?

Usually the fiberglass cracks because the wood that it encapsulates has absorbed water and has expanded. Pick your favorite drill size (1/4") and drill a few shallow test holes, as mentioned. The lower to the hull, the better.
