replaced my t/t motor and cleaned the pump; when I went to reattach the hydraulic line, stripped the fitting on the pump; now I dont know what to do; the male fitting is metric, a tad smaller than 3/8; tried to use a heli-coil, but the taps are all tapered and wont cut the new threads; plus the metric fitting in a standard coil worries me that under pressure, wont hold up; any suggestions; Part 2 to this, I have located a scrapped pump, but one of the three hyrdaulic line will not come off my old one; how can I get this screw out ?? Will a machine shop just remove a screw for me ??

Sorry, forgot the specs : motor is a 1988 Nissan 70 hp; the T-N-T motor is the same one as a suzuki; has the hydraulic lines, 2 come straight out, one at a slight downward angle
