I recently purchased a thru-hull structurescan transducer along with an Arimar B60-20 for installation in my 1999 Parker. I'm planning on installing this on the starboard side of the boat as I have my raw water pickup screen on the port side of the boat. I was told by Lowrance, after being put on hold for several minutes (not exactly a confidence builder), that the two transducers should be mounted within a foot of each other to work correctly (overlay?). So I'm planning on installing the Structure scan xducer slightly inboard (trailering too so placement is tight), with the B60 slightly forward and a few inches outboard. Anyone see a problem with this arraingement. These would both be in the engine compartment area for access of course (stern driver)
