have a 1994 dps outdrive..seems to be stuck in drive..its not the cable..took cover off outdrive shift mechanism ..removed shift dog... and tried to move shift sleeve up to neutral or reverse but still stuck in drive...how much pressure should I apply to shift sleeve before I break something or is something already broken and how to fix....HELP
