1949 evinrude 3.3 hp. I got good spark so soaked the carb and put it back together. the problem I am having is after mounting it the cam roller in idle position has the butterfly in high speed. I can't seem to figure out what I am doing wrong. I have the factory manual, but it does not address this. I guess this is what I get for taking on a basket case.
