I suspect my neighbor may have tampered with my tanks. I take it he doesn't like the sound of a 90 horse outboard in the morning. I hate to discard 10+ gallons of good fuel, but I don't want to damage my engine. Will sugar dissolved in fuel damage a 2-stroke? Are locking caps available for the old-style steel tanks?
